Did you create a "Location" with LocTypeDwelling, LocTypeHouse, and LocTypePlayerHouse keywords? In my custom "home base" it did not seem to work with just the faction, but did start to work once I created a location (not certain, did A LOT of testing that day, I am learning this by trial and error. )here's how I created the location:creation kit wikiCheck out PlayerSleepQuest, which is what I think gave me the clue that I needed to create a location for it to work.Use one of the known player house "Locations" for reference.I still for some reason do not get the "Well Rested" message on-screen, but it is active in the current magic effects list. hope that helps. Tamb0
The only thing you have to do is double click the bed to get it's properties.Select the Ownership tab. Select the box under NPC and hit P on your keyboard, then scroll down and select Player. Click OK and that's it done.
bludgeon
Ride - Yup i have already made the interior cell location, still doesn't work. Tamb0 - Nup, tried that, doesn't work. I have even tried with a different toon who already owns a house coz i thought that might cause a trigger... nope. gah.
Reforged
Just a thought...instead of loading a save to test the bed, use COC to test the bed. When you start the game and get to the screen to load a save, hit the ~ key and type in COC XXX where XXX is the ID of the cell that the bed is in. r1de
I went back and looked at the bed reference in the mod I've been working on. I've also set the "Location Ref Type" to be HouseBedRefType, which then made it populate in the locations "location ref type" list. That might have something to do with it. check out the bed in like proudspire manor or something to see what I mean
