Aura Whisper - brightness

I've done some investigation and can't find an answer... Is there a way to increase the brightness of the "aura" from the Aura Whisper shout? It may just be my LCD settings but I can barely see the red glow from identified life. If I use that shout I want it clearly obvious what has been identified.

 

I don't know much about modding but figure if someone can direct me to the right ID number or sprite number or whatever I can take an existing Aura Whisper mod and change what is needed.

Having not used or investigated that shout, it sounds like that's a shout for detecting....life? It's going to apply a shader effect. First, start by finding the spell for the shout, then find the effect (or go straight for the effect, it's probably similarly named) and there will be an OnHit shader most likely (unless it's scripted). The OnHit shader is the effectshader applied to those that meet the conditional requirements for the effect. You can then go look at the EffectShaders for that effect, and start tweakin there (it may just be that you need to modify the texture that's used) or you could switch the effect out altogether with something that IS brighter, such as the detect life shader which is pretty bright if you ask me.
