Invalid Plugin/Unrecognised header?

Hello there so I am trying to install the mod Vampire Hunting OVB, when I install it everything go's fine and the omod creation go's through using OBMM, however when I load Wryebash up to create a patch is throws a warning at me that the plugin has unrecognised headers. To top off the problem cake I can not tick the ESP file active in the Oblivion data plugin list. I have tried already removing the - from the mods esp just encase it was a invalid character issue but still have the same problem, I can not even load the esp in TES4Edit as I get error code: 1006.

Can anyone please help me I really do need this mod for my vampire hunter playthrough and I cant find anything on the mod page about this issue, for frame of reference I am also having this same issue with the Road Lights mod. I have tried reinstalling the mod and re-downloading the latest version and the old version several times to ave the same issue. I have even tried installing the mod manually and using NMM and it seems to make no difference.

OK so I semi figured out my own issue so I'm putting the answer on here just encase anyone else is having the same issue. So the issue was decompression, OBMM etc and windows own file decompression wasn't extracting the esp file correctly causing the esp file to become corrupt. My best friend gave me a spare key they had for an official copy of Winrar so I used it to manually extract all the files to my desktop, I then ran the raw file through OBMM and everything work's fine now. The ESP is coming up as valid and I am even able to run it through Wryebash and TES4Edit aswell.

I hope this information helps someone else out as its very frustrating to have an issue with modding that there seems to be very little information on.
