I know the map cursor is a swf file in Skyrim\Data\Interface\cursormenu.swf because I have an add on to Smaller Cursor mod and if you can't find one maybe you can edit your own or find someone who can for you (as I am unaware how to work with these files). I believe the author of the mod I mentioned stated he would take requests for alternate map cursors, so if asked he\she may do this as well. Good Luck...
