Narinha
Right, folks. I've searched for that and no "minimal use" flag was checked in any of my doors.

Some large characters have trouble navigating through obstacles if there is not enough room for them. I can't think of anything else that would cause a follower not to enter unless there is a problem with the navmesh. I've only had that issue with multiple followers entering into a small cell. I can't find a reason, either.
JonathanOstrus
I know you said you checked navmesh for errors, but do the doors show they're linked to the navmesh? When in navmesh editing mode you should see a green triangle under the door markers. If you do not see the green markers, then while in navmesh mode, finalize the mesh for both of the cells inside and out so the doors link to the navmesh. Narinha
Thanks for the tip. I've checked it and found out the navmesh was ok, but the outside door marker - which was already there before I started to customize the interior cell - was misplaced. The exterior door marker was a little bit below its position, so the navmesh wasn't recognizing it. Once I placed the door marker just a little above its earlier position, everything worked fine. Lesson I've learned with that: don't trust CK. Even when you haven't touched anything, the CK can mess everything.
