Trouble With Caves

So I'm just learning to use the Creation Kit and I'm having a hell of a time getting cave parts to fit properly together. The shell I am trying to create is arranged like so

The following parts are represented by the symbol after the :

CaveGLroomdoor01: (0)

CaveGLRoomWall01: +

CaveGLRoomCorner01:(1)

CaveGLRoomCorner02:(2)

CaveGLRoomCorner03:(3)

CaveGLRoomCorner04:(4)

arranged like so

(1)(0)(3)

+ +

(2) + (4)

Now as far as I can see from the editor everything fits. Except when I try and put CaveGLRoomMid01 in the center. It won't fit no matter how much I rotate it. The ripples in the floor and ceiling just don't line up here. What am I supposed to use?

If pieces don't fit together, then you aren't supposed to use them together. Not all pieces are designed to fit with all other pieces. You may need to search for the proper piece, change the plan, or else artfully use boulders, architectural pieces, and static clutter to cover up the seams where things don't match. With the cave room sections (all varieties) there are 4 versions of the walls, corners and doorways. The simplest trick when building caves is to NEVER rotate any wall, corner, doorway, floor or ceiling (Unless you are rotating the entire cave section to make it look less artificial) Edited by flobalob

I will try to remake the room without rotating the parts. As far as the pieces not working together, these are the same pieces used in the official tutorial. I'm certain they should work together.

Thanks for the replies :)
