Does anyone knows when they starting to appear in the wasteland?I am at level 12 but they not there yet.. :) Some completed quest maybe triggers them?I deleted my previous game and started a new one,but before,even at lower char level legendaries was already there.. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
