Mods missing in second profile.

Hi guys.

 

Okay after totally messing up my skyrim, long story, I've decided to stay again. This time taking what I've learnt about modding, and hopefully creating a stable game.

 

All my mods are installed through Mod Organizer, and seen to be running great... So far.

 

However...

 

I have two game characters in my game, for some reason, none of the mods are showing up in the second character's game.

 

Both are showing up in the local Dave folder, but only the primary one is showing up in mod organizer. Is this the purpose of the profile settings in MO? so you can attach installed mods to a second profile/character?
