LE Stopping time like Psijics.

Hello (I apologize in advance for my bad english, I'm french)

 

I would like to create a spell that bends time like psijic does in the Winterhold quest.

 

I know that it does not really stops time because it is just disabling every entity's AI.

 

I've tried to create this spell using some scripts in the game but I can't achieve it, I don't know Papyrus :/

 

 

So if someone could create a spell that bends time like Psijics for 5 or 6 seconds, it would be really nice ! Or if no one wants to do it, at least teach me how to create it please x)

What does it do exactly? Time slows down to a stop but the player can still move at normal speed? I have a mod coming out that is similar but the player moves around 90% speed but that can easily be changed and I'll include direction if you want.

if you want a slow time effect there are spells in apocalypse and maybe in lost grimoire.

When Psijic bends time (Qaranir), the player keeps moving at normal speed, also I think the particles keep playing. But it does not really stops the time, it just disables every entity's AI.
