Need Assistance With Mod List ...

I think I may have some unnecessary, or similar, mods that may be causing me some issues. After cleaning mods and running LOOT, I have no errors and no warnings, yet something is causing crashing in certain spots in the game (primarily inside Whiterun).

 

I have nearly 150 mods so I was wondering if someone could help me narrow this list some and assist me in figuring out which ones I don't really need. Additionally, I cannot figure out at all, why I am getting this error message when I start the NMM (ver. 0.63.14).

 

 

I appreciate any help anyone can give me. As for the mod list, we can do so via PMs so as not to clog the forums lol.

Ya, I've never used the UAC. I have full control of my computer.

Also, I should add about the error with NMM ... I used to use Creative Ores and Ingots a long time ago (I've since reinstalled the game), and if I recall, it required something about using that .DS... file, possibly a copy/paste? That should have been reinstalled with a fresh copy of the file, right? Or could that still be causing an issue?

With Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp installed, you do not need the individual patches. They are outdated and just taking up space so get rid of them.

 

Since you are using the High Res texture DLC packs, you should also use http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31255/?

 

Concerning the .DS_Store file, is it needed for any mod you are currently using? It may be missing a requirement of its own. What does LOOT or Wrye Bash say about it?

I use LOOT, and it says absolutely nothing about it. I'm not sure it knows it exists. Is it a necessary file? I ask, because it was there in the initial installation.

 

Whiterun: Occasionally around the blacksmith shop by the main city door. Otherwise, around Dragonreach and water area around the stairs leading up to it.

 

USLEP: Ok cool.

NMM Doesn't see it either. It's not an .esp, or the like, it's just a core component file I believe (?). **EDIT** I also found a "._.DS_Store" file as well ... I've no idea where this came from or what either file is for.

 

I removed all of the disabled/inactive .esp's (USP, UDaP, UDrP, UHP, EEO Patch, SkyRe_EnemyScaling), as well as updated all mods and reinstalled some old mods I found in my mod folder to see if they were possibly an issue with overwrites. It is still freezing around Whiterun, specifically Dragonreach and the stairs/water around it (I've had a crash or two outside of Whiterun, by the farms). The crashing around the blacksmith area has seemed to stop, so that's some improvement, but I can't put my finger on what is causing the freezing though.
