Sensitivity isse and brown/orange screen on new game startup.

I have two persisiting issues right now, which makes it virtually impossible to play. I'm using Nexus Mod Manager, and using NVAC right now, and the issue still persists. It started when I was on a new save loaded with project nevada and the sprint mod. While in Primm, I sprinted up an incline, then my sens. locked to barely anything, then my game crashed. I tried realoading, crashed. I don't exactly know the circumstances, but I also had a Radio station from a mod. I literally uninstalled everything with NMM's uninstall option, no luck. I've wasted my entire day trying to fix it. Any fixes would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Sorry, I'm still new to this stuff. I had a friend basically help setup everythinng.

Are you using the game "Auto save" feature? If so, please see the "Essentials for Getting Started" section of the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article. But if someone else set up your game, you really should read that entire article.

 

If that is not your problem, please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article.

A CTD will produce a "Windows Eventlog" entry. Please see the "Windows Error Messages" section of the wiki "How to read most Bethesda game error logs" article.

Alright, I read the guide and did a hard reset. Fixed the problems, although I'm starting from scratch. I didn't care for the earlier saves though, so it's fine. Thanks for the help!
