Mod list completely messed up, too many files conflicting

So I started trying to play skyrim again after about 2 to 3 months. I started to download a bunch of mods and started up the game again. The last time I had played the game everything was fine except for one mod that had a little texture problem going on, i was able to look past it.

However, with these new mods I added in, I'm having way to many problems with the game just starting off. Not only that but there is so many files that want to overwrite each other that I'm not sure which ones I should be using or not

Sadly I don't know how to create a spoiler tab (or properly copy and past my mod list with just the name of the mods), I'm a major newbie when it comes to forums.

Some help would be appreciated.

Do you use Nexus Mod Manager? If you are, then you can easily create a text document of all your mods by going to the Plugins tab, on the left side-bar, you should see some buttons like an up and down arrow, a red Cancel and a green Check button, and then a piece of paper with arrows on the left or right side of it. Click on the top paper icon that has the arrow on the right side of it (Export the Current Load Order), and then select Export to the Clipboard. Now you basically have all your mods and its load order copied and ready to be pasted.

 

An easy way to create a spoiler tab, on the comment editor here that you type to reply, in the top left of the box, next to the "Font" selection, you'll see a blue/green box (hover your mouse over it and it should say BBCode). Select that, then under the drop down box, select Spoiler, then paste your mod list in the text box.

 

Knowing what mods you've installed, and in what order, will greatly help me and others help you with your problems :smile:

So a bit of an update on this:

 

I started using Wyre Bash in hopes that there would be some resolution to this issue after doing some research on how the file system works and that telling various files to override another mod will cause issues in the mods themselves. However, after trying to go through and try to resolve it by a bash patch, my mod order became extremely messed up to where 7-10 mods were all under one mod order number. Not only that but it would kick out nearly all of my mods in a sanitized window.

As to why this is happening i'm trying to figure that one out. Some help on the matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've now ran into an even bigger problem. Now that i've been tryingto work with bash, it not only completely messed up a mod list, but now after using it has made any mods that i want to install (or reinstall for the matter) completely impossible because it blocks the process.
