Server got some problem?

The download speed in http://www.nexusmods.com is VERY SLOW, a 100-200MB file takes me couple hours to download, unbelievable.

I have tried on different browsers(Chrome, Opera, Firefox and Microsoft Edge) which all the extensions, plugins and add-ons are disabled, the speed is SLOW too.

Download and upload speed: 94Mbps

Then I also did a test in nexus download diagnoser, chose 512MB test file size.
