MrCharlieWD Posted August 27, 2017 Posted August 27, 2017 Hello, (Sorry if my english is wrong) Since 1 or 2 weeks, I installed Blockhead with Character Overhaul 2, with the last version of OBSE (0021), on oblivion 1.2.416.I have installed Blockhead and OBSE 0021 manually of course, and Overhaul with OBMM.Everything worked fine, so I installed plenty of other mods, mostly to add game content. Till 2 days ago, where the npcs had the legendary grey face with "install blockhead" write on it.So I have completely reinstalled Blockhead, Character Overhaul (even mannually) and OBSE, but it still don't work, except when I launch OBSE launcher, but there are conflicts with over mods, and I have a gliched 1st person vision, it switch between the 3rd and the 1st...And when I launch Oblivion everything works fine except Blockhead (I have installed blockhead.dll and .ini in the right folder).And for information I didn't buy Oblivion on steam, it's the GOTY edition on cd, so the game haven't any links with steam. Best thing in this situation is to wipe the game and start over from scratch instead of trying to troubleshoot the problem. I never experienced the problem you described before while using Blockhead and OCO so I won't be able to help. My advice would be to install the game outside the default C:\programs and then test your game, making sure that everything is okay before adding more mods. Test the game as you go or you will run into problems again.
