"That wouldn't happen. This is only for making Morrowind with Oblivion's engine (keep all your Oblivion mods and use the game engine), but it would NOT combine the 2 games.

Then, I think it's too limited in scope. Morrowind is fine the way it is ..

Since its pretty old by now, i would pay less $20 for it, its just a graphical and engine update. However if they were prepared to add a few extra quests, maybe a suitable answer to the dwemer disappearance question too. e.t.c i might consider $30 upwards

20-29, you can not simply recycle a successful videogame with a new graphic engine (not the most up-to-date, also) and sell it at the price of a fully developed one.

I think the price of an add-on would be more suitable and could attract many customers.

A little bit OT but: I'm in Europe, how much does a new fresh videogame cost in the US ? ~50-60$ ? Here it is @ 50/60 Eur, while an add-on like SI is ~30 Eur.

It's not just being recycled with new graphics engine, it also gets a new scripting system.

It does not make any difference from the customer POV.

When main plot, side quests, items and NPCs are the same, even with few additions an updates all around, then it is the same old game you have already played.

I would only replied that I would pay it 20-29 because I had not played Morrowind. Had I played it, it would be way less.

I agree that just attaching Morrowind to Oblivion's game engine would not be received well. I might give it a passing glance, but I wouldn't buy it unless it was super-cheap.

In order to sell the game and keep everyone's interest, a bunch of new content, new quests, new NPC's, new creatures, and a connection to Vvarenfell from the Imperial Province would need to be added, too. That would get me interested immediately!

I guess all that would be a completely "New Game". I certainly would buy it, tho.

:)

I wouldn't like to play morrowind again - Imo Oblivion is an upgrade over Morrowind, I played morrowind for about a year or so. I didn't play it for about 2-3 years after that, and played Oblivion then. I seem to have forgetten a lot about morrowind, but the only better thing in morrowind was the better level and creature system. I don't understand what's better about morrowind compared to Oblivion, except for the.. depressing mood.. /sarcasmoff

So my decision is clear.

None, Morrowind was crap. (Have to add, Morrowind was crap COMPARED to oblivion.)

Eolath

Note: Mabye if they added a new main quests and stuff like that it would be worth playing, but not exactly morrowind but then on a better engine & Better graphics. (Taking they milked Vvardenfell/Morrowind out, I don't think another TES should start here)
