Skyrim Underground CTD

So I just downloaded Skyrim Underground and when I click on one of the various entrances to the underground areas, the load screen starts for a few seconds and then I get a CTD.

 

I've attempted to see if I can pull up any of these cells with the console and none are there so I can't try to just warp to these areas and because of that it seems like there's simply nothing to load into when I click on any of the actual entrance doors.

 

Any ideas on what could be causing this? I've tried downloading the mod through NMM, doing it manually, even tried an earlier version of the mod and the same issue occurs.
