(PC) Mod Request: Halo Spartan Armor

I'm curious, is it at all possible to request something like this? Like have a set of Halo Spartan armor in game as normal armor and not power armor, and maybe add in the MA5B standard assault rife from the game and perhaps the pistol? Again, no idea if this is even possible, but I thought that would be cool to wander the wastelands as a Spartan.

Sierra 117 - http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/26244/? adds a set of Mark V armor to the game. For the gun I'd say check GUN or look around Nexus.
