How to fix Export w2mesh to FBX

How to fix export w2mesh to fbx?
every time I try to export w2mesh to fbx. CMD come up
2017.08.29 14:26:57][Error][Engine] Unable to open collision cache file. No collision cache data will be accessed.
[2017.08.29 14:26:57][Error][Enginjfrtdewqadseweqe] Failed to create collision cache 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Witcher 3 Mod Tools\r4data\collision.cache'h
It end up with empty folder
I has try every thing W3OVEN= program create a folder C:\Users\ratur\Desktop\gg\characters\models\geralt\head\model\ep1_mark end up with empty
Modkitchen= give me empty folder
the witcher 3 converter-= converter flie to dae,obj but when I try to open obj. with view 3D it empty also try to open dae. flie with blender not different with view 3d

I want to known where is a problem wcc lite or uncooked flie
When I uncooked game file it come up

and it start to uncooked for me
Sorry for my English just want to known how to Solve this try every things I have Uncooked game file by using CMD still same
