Problem with textures flickering about

Recently I've had a problem with textures are strecthed and hopping around on the screen as if teared from the ground and ragdolling around. (See screenshots) The problem has occured recently and I do not have any idea how to fix or patch this. If anyone has had this problem please suggest a fix or something similar that can remove it.

Wow, i've been playing skyrim since it first came out and used thousands of mods over the years but this, my friend, is the most awkward glitch i've ever seen :)
