Interestingly enough, I am getting this error message when I try to run the old executables via Nexus Mod Manager. I also can't seem to "quit" - there's no option on the menu anymore. Good to see Bethesda still can't leave well enough alone...

Yeah, some of the menu options are screwed. I am playing Survival, but luckily with a mod that gives me the normal save function. For quitting I just use Alt + F4

Thank you for some reason the creation kit wouldn't start after the update due to missing this dll

Since that thread for some reason is gone can anyone post just the names of the files and steps needed to roll back the update until/if Bethesda fixes anything?

Its not Bethesda, just need a new version of F4SE, but the files you need are minimum the fallout4.exe, and the libscepad.dll, you also need the startup.ba2 and interface.ba2 for the menus to work properly.

I also found out (via search history) a fallout4.esm is needed too. So far I have the exe, the launcher, the dll file and I managed to find the interface.ba2. Still don't know where to find the esm or startup.ba2 though.

Its working fine for me without the esm.
