Crashing after "Some data will not be available" screen

It automatically crashes when I try to load. I've done the following:

Uninstalled/deleted every mod

Deleted the entire skyrim folder (actually cut it and put it somewhere else just in case) and reinstalled the entire game with no data files loading

Still crashes. I can still start a new game, so it's not a pc issue, it's definitely a game save issue. Is there any other way to fix it?

That message is telling you that you've deactivated/uninstalled a plugin.

Your crash is most likely from uninstalling a plugin that added something to the game that uses entirely new resources (weapons, armors, NPCs, new weather conditions, etc.) and saved your character in a state that the game is trying to load an object that essentially doesn't exist any more.

If you've recently removed a mod (or mods) that add weapons or armors to the game try reinstalling it (/them) until you can load your game again. From this point, if you still wish to remove said mod(s), you should use the console to remove any items on your character, on a follower, in your inventory, in a follower's inventory, or in a persistent chest. Then make a new save without those items and deactivate the plugin. Test the game to see if it loads before actually deleting said plugin(s). Similarly, if you're game is saved in an area where a plugin has added a new NPC you should make a save where that NPC is not around. I'm not aware of any mods that add new weather conditions to Skyrim (only mods that alter existing weather) so I doubt this is the issue. If you rule plugins out and it comes down to a weather mod is causing the issue post back here and someone may be able to dig up some info on resetting the weather via the console so you can make a save that will work without the weather mod.

Outside of this, you'd have to start a new character.

Is there anyway to tell what plugins/mods your game saves rely on?
