askfor Posted August 30, 2017 Share Posted August 30, 2017 I see quite a few NPC's turned followers, but nobody ever did Meyers companion. A potential sheriff of Primm. He is available as soon as Primm has new sheriff which is not Meyers himself. The easiest way to implement it is to disable vanilla Meyesrs and replace him with clone with new ID and new features and better stats. The advantage of this approach is that one does not need to worry about vanilla packages and dialog. He could have the same pistol as Veronica, which is what Meters carry in the game. A good standing with NCR might help convincing him, like "As long as you are with me, NCR won't bother you". I could do it myself, but I have other plans right now. I am the author of Jill companion mod, and I managed it with vanilla resources only, including fully voiced dialog, http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/63342/?.
