Weapon Textures: Not making any sense

To be blunt, my problem is this; I'm trying to get the Draugrgreatsword.nif to have the same ghostly appearance as the Draugrmagicsword.nif. The problem is that the Magic Sword file has a different kind of block list, and I can't simply give the greatsword the texture used by the magic sword because the latter is using an effect shader, not a texture. How can I make the greatsword do this?
