SKYRIM infinite loading screen, HELP!

so i'm a noob here, i have a problem with my skyrim, the game wont load when i try to start the game :wallbash: , i think this is because i change the skyrim.ini file when i try to add some line like "bMouseAcceleration=1" Which should be like this before:

i also change the "iPresentInterval=1 value to 0" in skyrimprefs, when i tried to play the game, it won't load (stuck in the loading screen), then i try to delete them both (skyrim.ini&skyrimprefs), the launcher created them both again but when i open the skyrim.ini, then i see this :
