Mod Request - Usable Torch during daytime

Its really boring to cannot use it during daytime because, in some situations, u would love to but you simply cant....just because they disabled it from dawn till dusk. A pity.

Also is awful it automaticly turn off in last minutes befor sunlight appears.

 

So: Just let us the choice when turn it ON or OFF. Even in the daylight please ;)
