Having a decent internet bugs me that I couldn't use it to do something this simple. If I had to download like this (3 kbps) then how the hell am I suppose to enjoy modding. Seriously though, having that downloading speed is a pain in the ass (and I live in Asia btw). I don't think nexus mods have any servers/connection with it that's why it's so sh*t (mind my profanity).Pls let us have good connection with your servers at least.
