ChancellorRiffRaff99
Having some trouble with The Elder Scrolls Mod Manager. Getting back into Oblivion after an 8 year hiatus. Never modded it before bc I had it on 360 originally. So I installed TESMM and am in the process of installing mods to enhance the vanilla experience. (No overhauls that add creatures and such) the only mod I installed manually was Oblivion Reloaded (with no issues testing it.) I am now downloading other mods off of Nexus and using TESMM to import the Zips in (don't see why I would need to manually create an omod with the zip if it imports directly as one.) Everything has been going fine until Qarls Texture pack Redimized. Beforehand i had installed all of the unofficial patches (Oblivon, DLC, and SI). Here's where something may have gone wrong. I installed Qarl's pack and I think I forgot to activate it. I then immediately installed the Qarl's + UOP fix that comes separate but listed as necessary on the Qarl's Nexus page. TESMM asked if I want to replace files with the new mod and clicked replace all. After this, all of the unofficial DLC patch .esp files and the unofficial SI patch .esp turned red and won't change back. Tried deactivating and reactivating them and Qarls, nothing worked. So I guess my questions are: 1.)Did I royally mess everything up by not activating the Original Qarl's mod before installing the Qarl's/UOP fix? 2.)In the future, after downloading Qarl's pack and activating it, then downloading the UOP fix for it, do I install the fix as a replacement to Qarl's pack or as a different omod? Bc the data that TESMM pulls from Nexus for both Qarl's pack and the UOP fix are the same data it seems.
