Synpathy
Does anyone else have the problem?Click button > click in render window > nothing shows.I'm trying to create an acoustic space for a trailer in an exterior cell but I don't know if it's broken or I am missing something else I have to do to make the primitive visible in the render window? MissingMeshTV
It's not as simple as just clicking the button, and the CK realy doesn't do anything to let you know that. First, make sure you have markers activated and that Sound Markers are set to be visible. 1. Click the Create Acoustic Space button2. Click on the area where you want the acoustic space to be. 3. You should get a pop-up window where you will select the acoustic space setting you want to use (IntGenericA, for example).4. Select an acoustic space and click OK.5. If you have markers set to be shown as indicated in step one, you should see a purple box primitive for the acoustic space. Depending on your cell and camera position, you may have to zoom out to see it. 6. Use the resize gizmo to resize the primitive to the size you need. If you don't see the primitive, you might try reloading the cell (F5) or even reloading the mod. I've had a few occasions where I had to reload the mod for the primitive to be visible but that has only been after working in a large cell with lots of placed objects for en extended period of time. Synpathy
Hi,That last paragraph helped a lot. I found reloading the creation kit helped it work eventually. It doesn't work a lot of the time but I only needed it to work once :) Trailer now has acoustic space. Thanks a lot kind sir.
MissingMeshTV
Cool. I've had the acoustic spaces and navmeshing become unresponsive like that on occasion. Reloading everything always fixes it...until the next time, anyway.
