How do I check which mods use F4SE and which dont?

Something is wrong with your F4SE installation.

 

Go to the F4SE site, refresh the page just in case it shows you the old version. Get the archive (not the installer). Make sure you`ve got the right version for your game. The game has been updated again so now it`s Fallout 4 runtime 1.10.26 - and F4SE build: 0.6.0 . Manually remove old F4SE files from FO4 folder. Install the new F4SE files to FO4 folder. Copy Scripts folder from F4SE archive and paste into your Scripts folder. Agree to overwrite if asked.

Try to run the game.

 

 

Only some of mods really have to be updated. Many of them will work fine with any version higher than some X version that added some functionallity used by these mods.
