DubstepShark Posted March 4, 2012 Share Posted March 4, 2012 I made a new enchantment but it keeps being to strong when i try to enchant something with it.For Example:Lesser Soul Gem + Fortify Speed + Boots = Increases speed by 258%.258% is WAY to much. i need lesser to do something more like 35% for a lesser or something.Can someone help me figure this out?
