Majority of mods failing to install

Almost all of the mods I try to activate hit me instantly with the "A problem has occurred during install" message, and I dunno what to do about it.

I'm running NMM as an admin and the .ini files have been altered as needed.

I'd seriously appreciate some help with this.

As an example: True Storms will activate/install
Yet, Darker Nights and Caliente's Beautiful bodies enhancer will not. they fail almost instantly :/
