Neck seams on female vampires

So I haven't played skyrim in a while and decided to overhaul the game before I actually start playing.

 

while editing the textures of npcs/player character I have noticed these horrible neck seams that only appear on female vampires. Male vampires look flawless..

This is my current load order

Just did.

It didn't change anything , the player character female vampire has no visible neck seam but the female vampire npc does.

 

At least now I learned that I don't need that last esp , so that's a plus

This happened to my Blooded Vampire type NPCs for some reason, I did the ctrl+f4 dance in CK and it hasn't returned since.

 

That's select the NPC (NPC template in this case) in Creation Kit, ctrl+f4, it'll ask "do you want to export facegen data?", yes you do. It'll create new face tints and they should look normal. I thought it sounded terribly complicated but its like 30 seconds including figuring out how to navigate the remarkably awful CK, google and youtube can show you.

I don't have the CK , I looked in steam but couldn't find it either
