Vampire's Sight bug? Help.

I need help in getting my Skyrim to look normal again. I have no idea when or what happened, but now when playing as my Argonian vampire character, everything looks a bit blue, blurry and for example, when I zoom on my characters face I can see "four" eyes, at day the sky is unnaturally bright etc... also, Vampire's sight doesn't seem to work anymore, nothing happens when I try to use the power.

 

Since nothing has changed with my two other characters and VS doesn't work, my guess is that the ability has somehow bugged and is on all the time. Problem is, I can't fix it. I even re-installed the game, I cured vampirism, etc... nada.

Any ideas? This characters is effectively dead if I can't get this fixed, I don't have any back up saves or anything like that. I can't bring myself to play the game when it looks like this.

Do you have any ENB mods? I have the same issue (well not exactly but..) actually but I already got rid of the not working vampire's sight by turning off my ENB..

By the way when you said that you uninstalled the game did you just uninstall it using Steam OR did you properly remove the Skyrim from your Steamapps/Common/ folder... simply uninstalling through Steam isn't going to do much.

 

Well uninstalling ENB series v0.1212 did the trick for me. :/ hope you figure out the problem.
