CTD when travelling from Whiterun to Fort Greymoor?

I'm having an issue where when I try walk/ride my horse or whatever from Whiterun to the West I keep crashing. I'm not sure what the issue is and it crashes after the Western Watchtower but before Fort Greymoor. Even if I try and take a different route but head in the same direction I will still crash. I've tried this with a couple of different saves and characters although still crash. No idea what the issue could be although I've posted my mods and the load order down below. Not included is the Western Watchtower Hamlet SE mod that I have removed as I thought this could be the issue although I've been able to get past that anyway even when it was installed.

 

If anyone could provide some help that would be greatly appreciated as I'm an idiot when it comes to mods.
