Crashing to Desktop during combat

Have been battling I this mod list for about a week now and can't get this to stop crashing during combat. It only seems to happen when someone is swinging there sword or releases a bow. Which I thought could be related to the sound mods so i disabled them and still continued to happen. If anyone could help and shed some light on this I would great appreciate it.
