CTD on starting new game

[Axengrind]

Hey,

 

Just started a new game having reinstalled skyrim, very heavily modded. Using a vanilla save to skip to dragons reach post high hrothgar. I get a CTD whenever I play for about 4 minutes, it was happening when I got into a fight with the cultists but it's happened more recently when I have just been walking around trying to bypass them.
