Armor and Cloaks Take Up the Same Item Slot

Exactly what it says on the tin: on both the player character and NPCs, whenever a cloak is equipped, an armor cuirass cannot be equipped... and vice versa. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both of my cloak mods and the chesko camping mod (witch includes a few cloaks). It does not matter the mod that the cloak comes from or what kind of armor is being equipped. In addition on NPCs, the armor does not vanish, because its still in their inventory, just sitting there cuz the capes have priority. This makes for some really awkward encounters.

Okay so I figured out XP32 was causing my version of the problem idk if you have that but a custom skeleton could be the problem my dude

Okay homie, never mind my last two posts of being an idiot but you have to download the WICO cloaks patch on the tail armors page so they don't take up the same slot.
