Trying to stablize my skyrim need help

So I've been modding my game for a while and though it can still play the thing lags at times and it tends to crash when i load a save with all the mods active on this list. But will run ok when i use a fresh save then activate the mods. I'm trying to find a way to stabilize and get the fps back up while not dropping any mods that don't have a sutable replacement that could keep the difficulty up. If any one knows what i can do any ENB configurations and or mods that can correct the issue can you point me in the right direction. Check Mods

First off, there's this:

 

Mods that need cleaning with TES4Edit

TES4Edit is for Oblivion, not Skyrim. IDK where that dialogue is coming from, but you will need TES5Edit for Skyrim.

 

Next, you definitely want to clean all those mods that were flagged as needing it. Gopher does a nice video on how.

 

Now the part you aren't going to want to hear: Sexlab is bad for your save games. It tends to bloat your saves, making them increasingly unplayable after a while. If you don't want to give that up, a good option is to switch to MO, you can use that to make different profiles that use different mod combinations, so you could have your Sexy profile, and a regular, more stable, profile for actually playing the game.

I wouldn't be so quick to blame all sexlab related mods for causing problems, especially if they've had such issues corrected through the gradual updates, however like some legitimate functions. you can get an issue with those animations taking a while to start which can be caused by script heavy mods. If you're experiencing those issues, you may want to start disabling mods 1 by 1 until you can get it corrected. Alternatively you can use the save game script cleaner to look inside your saves to see what mods are causing a high active script count.

I've been doing this a long time now and every time someone posted having these kinds of issues that was using S/L, that more often than not was the issue. Now, if S/L's authors have recently made improvements that have corrected those issues, great. But I'm standing by my advice until proven otherwise, at which time I'll happily eat my words.
