We need a common framework to fix custom animation sound bugs

Every mod lately that has custom animations seems to add in a custom power armor race to try and fix the double step sound bug while wearing PA and carrying a custom animated weapon so if someone just made a simple custom framework mod for this problem so all the animation modders could use it instead of cluttering up their mods with the same info only slightly different in each mod it would be much better for everyone. Really we need a real FIX for that double step sound bug but so far the only way I have seen people trying to fix it is with custom power armor race records.
