Fallout 4 crashing/freezing

Hi, I hope somebody can help me. (and before someone complains: yes I googled before coming here :D)

After playing for about ~40 hours my game keeps freezing/crashing. The game is just like an image and if a shot just before crashing the sound is looped until I terminate the process. These crashes happen mostly while in combat and when I'm shooting.

I even optimised my mod load order, uninstalled mods etc...

Those are my specs:

Currently the game is working fine. I think it the Unbogus mod was conflicting with something...
