Mod Idea: lyrium infused armor and weapons from "the decent" for players

isnt it weird how no one seems to have made any serious mods for the dwarves? they're an awesome race with so much knowledge and inginuity. i would like a mod where the player can pick up, craft, and equip the lyrium armor and awesome lyrium rifles that the dwarves have in the DLC "the decent"
