Skyrim crashes upon entering overworld.

Hello everyone! Today, I used TES5LODGen for the first time. Upon using it, my computer crashed entirely. After I figured out what was wrong with running the program, I booted everything back up and successfully used it. Once I tried to enter the overworld of Skyrim after this process was complete, the game craps out on me and crashes right to desktop. I have no clue if I installed something wrong or if I need to completely reinstall Skyrim itself, but I figured the safest bet would be to ask the forum's expert opinion.
