CTD when trying to use Armor Workbench

I'm a lawyer, not a 'puter person, so please excuse my lack of technical expertise.

 

I'm working through this disaster called "Creation Club" ("they're not paid mods...they're mods that you pay for(?)). Got the F4SE update and finally got it working (you guys are AWESOME !! Thanks so much).

 

I'm running NMM with 235 plug-ins, and 224 active mods. Up until the CC update, everything ran (relatively) fine (still have issues with LMBTO not showing up, but that's for another day...). I even got Transfer Settlements working, although the only BP's that don't cause a crash are Onyx Nightshade's (awesome work, btw).

 

NOW, however, game crashes when new character (the beautiful and deadly Sara) tries to use the Armor workbench. Help?

is that your char's name or an npc of a mod?!

 

as for F4SE i know that you need the 0.5.0 build to work with the CC Update (1.10.20.0) Version. And all the Mods relying on F4SE need to be updated to the recent F4SE Build. Fallout 4 1.10.20.0. came out august and the F4SE build 0.5.0 later. though every mod that uploaded files prior to august has not updated yet.

 

but, if that was the case you had errors before or crashes during game launch.

 

my guess in the blue would be "playing" around with the workbench mods.

Your problem is with Concealed Armor. It installs an old version of AWKCR that overwrites the newer version you probably had installed. Reinstall AWKCR and let it overwrite when prompted. That should take care of it.

 

To things to consider for the future:

 

1. Please put your load order into spoiler tags so we don't have to scroll a hundred miles down the page.

2. There are MANY posts on this exact same issue already in the forums with the same solution being offered. A few minutes searching for the answer on your own will likely be faster that sitting and waiting for the Internets to help you. Try using Google if you can't find what you want with the Nexus search.
