SinderionsBones Posted March 13, 2012 Share Posted March 13, 2012 When saving -> chest HD permanent file gets updated from RAM index.Exit game.When loading game -> chest RAM index is loaded from chest HD file. believe it or not, none of that has to be done by the modder at all :D all of the variables associated with quests are saved when you save as a matter of course, you never even have to think about saving/loading/storing or whatever. just managing your index. :D It's more straight forward than it sounds. This is the first release, but its goal is almost exactly what is described in this thread, in fact, I was somewhat inspired by it. Now this is only the first release to establish the basic structure of a flucuating economy, but I think it went well.
