There is a mod for first person, but it, unfortunately, kicks out to 3rd person in combat. Guess the game was designed mainly for console players. I like first person games, but my son thought this was worth getting. It's not Skyrim SE or Fallout 4, but with that first person mod it should be enjoyable.
