SSE slow down voiced dialog speed

I'm really searching for some mod to achieve this.

 

Anyone knows about ?

 

In case you ask, I try to learn a new language playing Skyrim, Yeah.... with a dictionary by my side.

 

PS : I don't want subtitles in my language, I want to play the game fully foreign
