Mod for known spells and enchantments

I managed to find one mod for known spells so you wouldn't end up buying the same book, but it was only for the base game. Is there a mod that would tell you if you know a enchantment or spell? Pref one that works with Summermyst (more enchants) and Apocalypse (adds something like 150 more spells). I would think it would be easy to make, but I've yet to find one. The original mod requires SKSE, so that's not something that can be ported to SSE.
