7thsealord
Admittedly, I'm not the most observant of people, but could you be more specific about "this"? The only oddity I see is that the shotgun is slung butt down.
GrindedStone
http://i895.photobucket.com/albums/ac156/grindedstone/Best%20Quality/ScreenShot1.jpg It's because you got your light settings all jacked up. The normal map of the power armor like most normal maps is set to a gloss. This is because in meshes where there is no enviroment mask, the system will just estimate what is in the alpha channel of the normal map (I.E. how transparent it is) which directly relates to how shiny it is. In these cases experienced modders will turn the normal from transparent to defuse, or use an enviroment mask to seperate parts of the armor so that some are shiny an other are flat. Further there are material settings in the mesh, but they don't matter as much. HDR/Bloom isn't helping either. You could trade those off for some or some more AA an AF... Low Gloss Power Armor This was done quickly, but we could create a cleaner version of the PA by doing a few other things. SurvivorJake
I can see I was slightly ambiguous with my post and was going to edit it when I had the chance, I'm not speaking of the gloss, rather that, when indoors, any npc with power armor on has a black "elbow pad". GrindedStone
Where's your Pipboy? That might be the answer. You could unpack the power armor assets. Or you could look in Data/textures/armor/powerarmor an Data/meshes/armor/powerarmor Edited March 16, 2012 by GrindedStone
SurvivorJake
It's a NPC, not the Player. And it happens on vanilla FO3. Believe me if it was anything commonplace I wouldn't have posted it. I've tried everything I know and could find on the web.
