Haxoreed
So I know that I should've bought the game before going in really deep, but that's another issue. What I'm asking is I had the game before though it was pirated and I got a lot of mods. Now that I bought the game what should I do so that SKSE uses the new version. I am relatively new at modding so I don't even know if that's a real problem. Edited September 14, 2017 by Haxoreed
Kroekr
If the file systems line up ( are the same) between the pirated and legal versions, then there should not be a problem.

One is saved in my documents while the other program files. I know i can move the save file but what do I do about the mods?
Kroekr
Saved Games are stored in My Documents/My Games/Skyrim/Saves for legal version also. It is best to not have Steam or NMM located in your Program Files directory since that can cause UAC issues. Just carefully follow the installation directions for SKSE and you should be fine. If you have any problems just holler.
