Question about female body improvement mods

I think it's a little strange to see every female character in the game full-breasted and wearing skimpy/no underwear.

 

ESPECIALLY the old women.

 

Is there a way to make it so that mods like Eshme's, Growlf's, Exnems, etc, only apply to the player's character?

I think it would be great if that was possible.

 

Obviously it would be more complex than the current methods used by body replacers.

 

Anyone know if this is possible, or if someone could do it?

 

(More specifically, I'm interested in the "HG EyeCandy Body", with "High_Rez_Skin_Textures_for_Exnems". I think that's the best combination.)

I've already asked something similar to this, and the answer was, "No." :(

 

Unfortunately, Oblivion doesn't allow for the usage of different bodies for different races or characters like Morrowind did. It would take a lot of scripting and new modeling (which I don't know a whole lot of, by the way).

Aha! Just remembered something!

 

In one body mod I tried (may have been Eshme's, but I'm really not sure), your char had a modified body, along with every other female in the game.

 

However, you had a set of items which you could equip, displaying the original female body & underwear.

 

Couldn't this be done in reverse? ie: having a set of items which could be equipped, showing a modified body?

 

 

 

Also, there's the "Robes Over" mod, which uses OBSE to allow you to wear robes over other equipped items.

 

Perhaps this method could be used, to equip other clothes over the equipped modified body parts?

Growlf has “wearables” upper/lower body parts. You can buy them at Divine Elegance. (Growlfs Hot Clothes 4.1)

 

You would have to keep these two items in your inventory and equip them when you want a naked PC. They will be unequipped every time you equip something else in the upper/lower body slots.

 

The quality of the neck/shoulders/ankles connections will depend on how you base body connects with Growlf´s (obviously)

 

Not that much practical, but it would get you a little closer to what you want.

 

Don’t know if other Body Mods have these wearable bodies.
